PURPOSE: To obtain a painting truck capable of supporting a car body so as to certainly perform the respective painting processes of a painting line without leaving an unpainted part on the car body.

CONSTITUTION: In a painting line wherein painting works such as an electrodeposition process, a sealer processing process, an intercoat painting process, a topcoat painting process or the like are continuously applied to a car body, painting trucks 10, 20 support the car body subjected to the respective painting processes from the lower part thereof. The painting trucks 10, 20 are constituted of the front support parts 11, 21 supporting the front part of the car body 2 from below and the rear support parts 12, 22 supporting the rear part of the car body 2 from below. The contact parts of the front support parts 11, 21 and the rear support parts 12, 22 are formed into different shapes so that the contact positions with the lower part of the car body 2 become different between the electrodeposition painting process and the painting processes on and after.
