To decrease an investment of facilities at an early stage by adopting a high-speed conveyer, and control transfer speed of a pallet at low degree across a specified section by providing a mechanism for regulating the transfer speed of the palette carried by the high-speed conveyer.
A placing base 21 provided with a cylinder 22 is rockably disposed in a pallet carrying path through a rocking fulcrum 28. A rod moving guide portion 25 provided with a stopper portion 24 is coupled to a tip end side of a cylinder rod 23. The stopper potion 24 is upwardly projected out from a pallet carrying surface in a state that the placing base 21 is parallel to the pallet carrying surface. The cylinder rod 23 is forwardly moved while a front end of the pallet carried at high speed by a free-flow structure high- speed conveyer, and carrying speed of the pallet is regulated at moving speed of the cylinder rod. The placing base 21 is downwardly tilted by a vertical cylinder 29, thereby releasing engagement between the stopper portion 24 and the pallet.
