Abstract:
PURPOSE: To continuously send pallets by overlapping a start of an advance from an initial position of one pusher with time before a retreat is started from the stroke end of the other pusher.
CONSTITUTION: After positioning of a raising-lowering frame of a succeeding pallet 1 to a pusher 6 finishes, and just before an actuating frame 5c of a precedently actuated pusher 5 approaches its maximum stroke, an electric motor 6a-1 of the pusher 6 is actuated. Therefore, the succeeding pallet 1 is precedently sent out, and further moves so as to chase after the tail end of a pallet 1 continuing a movement, and the front end and the rear end of the pallets 1 finally butt each other. The pusher 5 whose actuating frame 5c reaches up to its maximum stroke in a period when the succeeding pallet 1 is pushed out by the pusher 6, retreats by inverse rotation of an output shaft of the electric motor, and prepares for carrying in of a new pallet 1.
