PURPOSE: To make a pallet deliverable at the same place, by setting up both first and second longitudinal feed conveyors, delivering the pallet, as adjoined to each other, as well as setting up a carry-in part of an actual pallet and a carry-out part of an empty pallet adjacently with a transfer conveyor and a horizontal feed conveyor.

CONSTITUTION: An actual pallet is conveyed by an elementary conveyor 41a of a first longitudinal feed conveyor 41, and an empty pallet after its load is conveyed by a depalletizer is conveyed by another elementary conveyor 41b. This empty pallet is transferred onto a transfer conveyor 43, and when the empty pallet iis mounted on this transfer conveyor 43, this conveyor 43 is tilted downward by a tilting cylinder with a shaft 53 as the fulcrum, whereby the empty pallet is transferred to a horizontal feed conveyor running beneath and mounted on another transfer conveyor 44 as well. Afterward, the conveyor 44 and a second longitudinal feed conveyor 42 both are operated and thereby the empty pallet is transferred to an adjacent position in parallel with a carry-in part. With this constitution, an operator is able to recover the empty pallet at a position where the actual pallet is carried in, thus operation efficiency is improvable.
