Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability at the time of setting a work, and safety of taking-out of a product by fixing a free bear table in a pallet exchange device, and keeping setting height of the work low position.
SOLUTION: A lift 1 has a roof 3 which can be lifted and lowered with respect to an weighting table 2. A lower narrow pallet 20 and a higher wide pallet 30 are arranged onto the roof 3, in a freely running manner. A free bear table 10 is fixed to the weighting table 2, while a free bear pass line is kept constant at a position for exchanging a pallet. By elevating the roof 3, it is thus possible to set a work before exchanging the pallet, and take out a product after exchanging the pallet.
