To provide a pallet exchanger not requiring that a pallet to be exchanged by a forklift is collected and the pallet is positioned at a predetermined position at exchange of the pallet.

In the pallet exchanger, the pallet piled up with baggages is placed on a first table 20 positioned at a working part P1. The first table 20 is moved from the working part P1 to a pallet recovery part P2 and a baggage support plate 30 is followed to this. The pallet is removed out by abutting the baggage on a first stopper 5. The baggage is transferred from the first table 20 onto the baggage support plate 30. The pallet is fed onto a second table 40 by a pallet feeding mechanism 8. The second table 40 is moved below the support plate 30 positioned at the working part P1. When the baggage support plate 30 is returned/acted from the working part P1 to a pallet feeding part P3, the baggage is transferred from the baggage support plate 30 onto the pallet on the second table 40 by abutting it on a stopper 6.
