A driving chain 22 is driven at least along one direction, and also is driven along another direction crossing the one direction. When being driven along at least two directions, strokes ST1 and ST2 where connection members 24A and 24B move can be largely secured compared with when being driven along only one direction. The driving chain 22 is driven along a direction D1 in a first section EA1, is driven along a direction D2 in a second section EA2, and is driven along a direction D3 in a third section EA3. Consequently, the strokes ST1 and ST2 of the connection members 24A and 24B are largely secured so as to enable the raising/lowering height of a pallet 7 to be largely secured.
