PURPOSE: To reduce labor so as to improve work efficiently by horizontally moving a pallet of a truck brought down onto the ground, when loaded/unloaded a cargo, and mounted on a chassis after performing loading/unloading the cargo.

CONSTITUTION: Guide rails 8 are laid in a longitudinal direction on a chassis frame 3 of a truck 1, a feed chain 32 is provided to extend parallelly to these guide rails 8, a lifter 4 for lifting a pallet 5 by supporting its front end is mounted capable of forwardly/reversely moving along the guide rail 8 and connected to the feed chain 32, and also an outrigger 7 is provided in a rear end of the truck 1.
