Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pallet which can be easily handled when it is transferred or stored and also a packaging method in which cargos on the pallet can be easily positioned and fixed when the pallet is loaded with the cargos.
SOLUTION: This pallet 10 made of corrugated cardboard is constituted of a loading board 12 loaded with a bundle 112 of photosensitive printing blocks, a bottom plate 14 parallel to the loading board 12, and legs 16 arranged between the loading board 12 and the bottom plate 14. The width W1 and the length L1 of the loading board 12 are made a little larger than such dimensions as the periphery of a loading unit 114 constituted of the bundle 112 are packaged by an exterior material, and the pallet 10 can be directly set without changing the structure or the shape of an assembling device. In the loading state, since the periphery of the loading board 12 is overhung from the loading unit 114 and the exterior material 116 as an overhanging part, even when a foreign material collides with the pallet 10 during transportation, the photosensitive printing blocks are protected.
