To provide a pallet positioning device capable of three-dimensionally accurately positioning a pallet by a simple device and operation.
In either one of a positioning part 34 provided in the pallet 12 or a case body 16 which is a fixation member provided in a predetermined position, steel balls 35 which are spherical projections arranged in positions of respective tops of a triangle are provided. In the other, a plurality of V-shaped grooves 20b, 22b having a V-shaped cross section are provided in positions parallel with the plane including the triangle constituted by the steel balls 35 so as not to be in parallel with each other. By an air cylinder 24 which is a drive device for driving the positioning part 34, the positioning part 34 is moved. Thus, the respective steel balls 35 are fitted to the V-shaped grooves 20b, 22b, and surfaces of the respective steel balls 35 are locked on the inclined faces of the V-shaped grooves 20b, 22b and positioned.
