This pallet pull-out device is provided with a table moving mechanism 2 for reciprocating a table 20 capable of loading a load loading pallet between a load carrying in/out part P1 and a pallet recovering part P2, a first stopper 3 on which a load is butted and which leaves only the load in the load carrying in/out part P1 when the table 20 moves to the pallet recovering part P2 from the load carrying in/out part P1, a supporting mechanism 5 for returning a supporting plate 50 supporting the load left in the load carrying in/out part P1 from below to a stand-by part P3 from the load carrying in/out part P1 after letting the supporting plate follow travel of the table 20 and moving it to the load carrying in/out part P1 from a stand-by position, and a second stopper 4 on which the load is butted and which leaves the load in the load carrying in/out part P1 when the supporting plate 50 returns from the load carrying in/out part P1 to the stand-by part P3.
