To provide a pallet tower (a pallet storage device) capable of charging/discharging pallets of the designated number from a lower portion thereof when tens of pallets for general physical distribution are stacked, so that the pallet tower of the present invention can easily charge/discharge the pallets of the designated number by hands or by a hand lift without using any forklift, and the space can be saved since tens of pallets can be stored according to the present invention.

When discharging pallets, the pallets of the designated number stacked and stored in a pallet tower and counted from the bottom side are left behind, and all the pallets thereabove are slightly elevated. Thus, the pallets of the designated number can be easily taken out from a lower part of the pallet tower. When charging the pallets, all pallets are elevated above the height of the pallets of the designated number, and the pallets of the designated number can be charged from the lower part of the pallet tower. The pallet tower can easily charge/discharge the pallets of the designated number of one to ten into/from the lower part by using a hand lift.
