Abstract:
PURPOSE: To set a pallet transferring device which utilizes a free flow conveyor which can shorten the working cycle from the side for the transfer of a pallet, and also set the inspection position contiguously to the working position at the same time.
CONSTITUTION: A transfer passage for a pallet 1 is formed from a free flow conveyor 2. A pallet restraining feeding device 18 equipped eith a stopper and a rapid feeding mechanism is arranged at a working station position. The rapid feeding mechanism speedily shifts the pallet 1 at the higher speed than the speed of the conveyor 2 to the working position from a stop position. At the same time, the pallet 1 at the working position can be sent to an inspection position.
