Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably perform movement of a pallet from an end part of one pallet rail and re-movement of the pallet to the other pallet rail.SOLUTION: A pallet conveyance apparatus 10 comprises: pallet rails 21, 31 provided in parallel to each other; pallet feeding means 41, 51 for conveying a pallet; and pallet moving means 61 for moving a pallet mounted on one pallet rail to the other pallet rail. The pallet moving means comprises a rotary plate 62, an index unit 64 for rotating the rotary plate, and one or two or more short rails 63 provided around the rotary plate. The pallet conveyance apparatus also comprises pallet feeding auxiliary means 81 for moving the pallet from a pallet rail to a short rail continuous thereto or moving the pallet mounted on the short rail to a pallet rail continuous thereto in a raised state, and lifting means 95 for lowering the pallet feeding auxiliary means to allow the rotation of the rotary plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
