To provide a palletizer capable of reliably stacking cargoes in a plurality of stages on a pellet, aligning cargo groups stacked in a plurality of stages in a plurality of lines and a plurality of rows on the pallet without any gap, and placing a large quantity of cargoes on the pallet.

A stacker 10 is situated in one position of the running part of a transport conveyor 2, and cargoes C transported from the transport conveyor 2 are vertically pushed up and stacked in a plurality of stages. A pushing- out device 30 is provided fronting on the stacker 10 to horizontally push out a cargo group CU stacked on the stacker 10. An alignment table 40 is situated on the opposite side of the pushing-out device 30 with the stacker 10 located therebetween and the cargo groups CU pushed out by the pushing-out device 30 are aligned in a plurality of lines. A delivery device 50 is provided fronting on the alignment table 40 to horizontally deliver the cargo groups CU aligned on the alignment table 40. A pallet placing table 70 on which the pallets 80 capable of juxtaposing the cargo groups CU, delivered by the delivery device 50, in a plurality of lines and a plurality of rows are placed is situated on the opposite side to the delivery device 50 with the alignment table 40 located therebetween.
