Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the working safety and efficiency of a palletizing robot system by using a memory device for both the attribute information and the arrangement information on the freight stored in a transport equipment as well as the attribute information on the freight to be loaded newly, an electronic computer, a graphic display terminal and a loading robot to perform the loading and unloading actions. CONSTITUTION:An electronic computer 4 works after arrival of a transport equipment containing the freight and a storage device 1. Then the attribute information and the arrangement information stored in the device 1 are stored in a loading pattern table and then displayed on a screen of a graphic terminal 3. Then the names of the freight to be deleted out of and loaded into the transport equipment, the loading position of the freight or an end instruction of the plan is accepted from the planner via a keyboard and a table device added to the terminal 3. Thus the freight is loaded and unloaded by means of a memory device for both the attribute information and the arrangement information on the freight in the transport equipment, a memory device for the attribute of the freight to be loaded into the transport equipment, a computer, a graphic display terminal and a loading robot respectively.
