Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a palletizing system capable of carrying out continuously a mounting operation by altering automatically a mounting pattern even if the form and number of articles are varied.
CONSTITUTION: A palletizing system it provided with a recognizing means for recognizing the form as well as the number of same kind of articles 1 in series on a line, a pattern preparing means for preparing a palletizing pattern on the basis of the recognized result, a shift section 4 for shifting the particles to a predetermined position widthwise of a pallet P on the basis of the palletizing pattern and sending-out sections 3, 6, 7, 9 for sending out the articles 1 in the direction approximately orthogonal to the width direction of the pallet P on the basis of the palletizing pattern and shift the article 1 to the predetermined position.
