PURPOSE: To increase take-off and landing in number by forming an air port in a pan shape for a tea cup which is in a circle with its outer circumference made high, forming airstrips for take-off and landing at the high outer circumferential section, forming a reserve airstrip concurrently acting as a taxi-way at the inner side of the aforesaid airstrips, and thereby constructing a central airport control tower, an apron, and a central passenger center at the center while being connected with one another by taxi-ways.
CONSTITUTION: The whole of an air port is formed into a pan shape for a tea cup which has a high outer circumference and a flat space at the center. Main airstrips for take-off and landing 1 and 2 are then formed at the neighbor of the outer circumference of the center, and a reserve airstrip concurrently acting as a taxi-way 3 is also formed at the inner side of the aforesaid air strips. In addition, a central passenger center 5, an apron 6 and a central airport control tower 8 are constructed at the center section, and the airstrips 1 through 3 are connected to the center section by radial taxi-ways 4 based on the slope specified by Aeronautics Law. This thereby enables free take-off and landing in all directions, thereby making it possible to increase take-off and landing in number while being served for 24 hours.
