Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of work for setting a pan to a pan washing device.SOLUTION: A pan 11 thrown in from a throw-in port 102 provided on an upper surface of a housing 104 is held by a pan holding part 121 while the pan with a cooking surface 15 turning downward is in a tilted state in which the back side is lower than the front side. The cooking surface 15 of the pan 11 set in the pan holding part 121 is washed by jetting a washing liquid from a jetting nozzle 132 with the axial direction leaning obliquely backward with respect to a vertical direction. The jetting nozzle 132 has a jetting port 132a arranged on the side of the cooking surface 15 with respect to an edge part of the pan 11 to jet the washing liquid at a jetting angle of, for example, 120 degrees. The pan 11 thrown in from the throw-in port 102 is guided by a guiding part 122b to the pan holding part 121 without interfering with the jetting nozzle 132 and is set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
