PURPOSE: To prepare a Panax ginseng drink vinegar free from the bitter taste and odor of Panax ginseng, having no sour taste and imparted with sweetness by mixing Panax ginseng or its extract with vinegar and lemon fruit and aging the mixture.

CONSTITUTION: Raw Panax ginseng and a lemon are sterilized, mixed with a vinegar (e.g. apple vinegar, lemon vinegar or raw unpolished rice vinegar), aged for about 20 days and filtered to remove impurities. As an alternative method, Panax ginseng extract is mixed with a vinegar and a filtered lemon juice. The obtained drink vinegar is filled in a bottle.
