To provide a wooden building excellent in both heat insulation and venting and having large durability by providing a heat insulation material between a pair of plate materials and using a panel body providing a venting path between the plate material and the heat insulation material.

A part between a pair of wooden plate materials 5, 5 is filled with a heat insulation material 6 such as urethane resin to constitute a panel body 4. In this constitution, venting paths 7, 7 for penetrating between the inner face of the upper side plate material 5 and the upper face of the heat insulation material 6 and between the inner face of the lower side plate material 5 and the lower face of the heat insulation material 6 from the end to the end are provided at different positions of the upper side and the lower side in zigzag. Thereby the panel body 4 excellent in both heat insulation and venting can be obtained. The panel body 4 is used for a roof mounted in an erection state between a ridge beam 3 and main houses 12, 12, and used for a wall face fitted among a column 1, a beam 2 and a sill.
