PURPOSE: To contribute to the improvement of acuuracy, labor saving and mass production and comply with the difference of directions of a side end face to be bored by antomating the boring on the side end face of a panel.

CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a bed 12 for placing a panal 2 to be bored, a freely retractable regulating component 16 being in contact with the front end face of the panel 2 and stopper components 17 on both sides, either of which is brought into contact with the side end face of the panel 2. Also the device comprises a moving means 21 for moving the panel 2 to the side by means of a moving component 18 and bringing selectively the panel into contact with either one of the stoppers 17, a press means 31 for pressing the panel 2 by means of a press component 19 and fixing the same on the bored positon and boring machines 41 disposed respectively on both sides for forming a plurality of bores on both side end faces of the panel 2.
