To provide a panel for a concrete form and a manufacturing method therefor, which improve mold release characteristics, durability and the number of the possible cases of repeated use by firmly bonding a woody base plate to a resin film composed of high density polyethylene, excellent in alkali resistance, abrasion resistance and mar resistance, among polyolefine-based resins.
This panel (1) for the concrete form is constituted by laminating the resin film (3) on the surface of the woody base plate (2) through the use of an aqueous isocyanate-based adhesive (4). The panel (1) is characterized as follows: the resin film (3) is composed of the high density polyethylene wherein the content of a low-molecular-weight component with a molecular weight of 5,000 or less is 5 wt% or less; and a wetting index on the adhesive-surface side of the resin film (3) is in the range of 35-60 mN/m.
