To provide a panel conveying device the whole device of which is simplified even when a tilting mechanism is provided and controllability is improved by making so that there is no structural dead point of a link mechanism even at any position of the panel conveying operation.

This panel conveying device 10 includes: a panel holding part 15 for holding a panel; a link mechanism 6 for moving the panel holding part 15 in the panel conveying direction; a sliding mechanism 13 with which the link mechanism 6 is operated to move the panel holding part 15 in the panel conveying direction and also the whole link mechanism 6 is moved; and the tilting mechanism 18 for tilting the panel holding part 15.
