A hanging device 1 for hanging the panel-shaped curtain materials, has a base body portion 11 having an upper end projectingly provided with locking hooks 10, and having one side surface including a supporting body 14 for supporting the curtain materials, and an engaging member 16 and a connecting bar 17 which are connected to an adjacent hanging device. The base body portion 11 has the other side surface formed with a groove portion for loosely fitting an engaging member of an adjacent hanging device. When the engaging member 16 is connected to the adjacent hanging device, the hanging devices are held at a predetermined spaced interval.
