Abstract:
To efficiently reduce the weight of an upper die and efficiently suppress generation of burrs in a cut panel member in a panel cutting device.SOLUTION: A panel cutting device includes: an upper die 1 and a lower die 2; and a die 4 which has a blade section 4a for performing cutting along a peripheral edge portion p1 of a panel member P in a state in which a panel material M is pressed by a pad 3 so as to cut the panel member P from the panel material M between the upper and lower dies 1 and 2. A reinforcing section 1d for connecting an upper section 1b and a lower section 1c of the upper die 1 is provided in a peripheral edge section 1a of the upper die 1. The die 4 is arranged in the lower section 1c of the upper die 1 so that the blade section 4a is located to be closer to an inner periphery of the upper die 1 of an outer peripheral edge of the peripheral edge portion 1a of the upper die 1. The reinforcing section 1d is arranged along a straight line L extending toward the outer peripheral edge of the upper section 1b of the peripheral edge portion 1a in the upper die 1 from the blade section 4a of the die 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
