According to the structure of the panel fence, one of side plates exhibiting a U-shaped cross section is arranged so as to face its opening surface downward, as a top plate, two of the side plates are arranged so as to face their opening surfaces upward and downward, as crosspieces, and the other one of the side plates is arranged so as to face its opening surface upward, as a bottom plate, to thereby form a groove in which the panel is slid. Then a pair of support pipes are attached to external portions on both ends of the side plates, and a plurality of panel stopper pieces are attached to one of longitudinal sides, followed by arranging support shafts connection hooks on a rear surface of a frame main body, to thereby removably mount the panel in the slide groove.
