Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting system for framing manufacturing line capable of improving the working speed and the accurate sorting when sorting plural kinds of panels or frameworks per each kind in a sorting process.
SOLUTION: This sorting system is provided with a first conveyor 5 to be loaded with plural framings in a line in the condition that each peripheral thickness surface side of the framing is placed thereon and formed freely to be driven or stopped per each unit carrying surface 10 divided per a length of the framing, a second conveyor 6 for receiving and carrying the framing 9, which are loaded on the first conveyor, in the standing position, and a transfer device 7 for locking the framings stood on the second conveyor and stopped on a specified unit carrying surface 10 by moving a first and a second claws from waiting positions into the carrying range with an instruction and for horizontally placing the framings on a receiver 12 provided in a side of the first conveyor 5.
