PURPOSE: To provide a panel for greenhouse being lightweight, readily attachable and having high durability.

CONSTITUTION: This panel consists of a long mold material having a pair of side materials l and 2 positioned at both sides and integrally providing the top 3, side wall parts 4 and 5, an inner flange part 6 for inserting fixing bolts at the lower end of the side wall parts 4 and 5 and a long mold material integrally providing a groove part 7 for discharging drain opened at the either one side wall part 4. Then, plural connecting materials 8 are connected between side materials 1 and 2 and both edge parts of a hard transparent film 11 made of a synthetic resin are fixed on the tops of side materials 1 and 2 by fixing cover materials 9 and 10. A cover part 12 having joint is integrally projectingly installed in the width direction on one side of either one fixing cover material 10.
