To provide a panel holding device in which panel supporting columns can be simply and accurately positioned and fine adjustment of fixing positions of the columns can be performed in a state that column bearing members are installed.
In a panel holding device 1, column bearing members 2 extending in a horizontal direction are vertically juxtaposed on the surface of a wall 10, panel supporting columns 3 extending to the column bearing members in a vertical direction are horizontally juxtaposed, and panels 4 are held by the wall. Each of the column bearing members is provided with a plurality of pairs of positioning projection pieces 22 which are forward projectingly formed along both side faces of the panel supporting column, and the panel supporting column is held between each pair of positioning projection pieces.
