To provide panel installation structure to facilitate removal of a panel.

A receiver member 12 is furnished with a long groove 12a installed and fixed on a wall surface 4 and to open to the front side and a recessed groove 12c provided on an open wall surface 12b of the long groove 12a to be depressed. A panel 1 to be covered on the receiver member 12 is furnished with a through slotted hole 1g facing the long groove 12a and with its lengthy side extending in a direction crossing the lengthy direction of the long groove 12a. A stop member 13 is furnished with a shaft part 13a to be inserted into the through slotted hole 1g and the long groove 12a, a collar part 13b positioned on one side of the shaft part 13a and an engagement projected part 13c positioned on the other side of the shaft part 13a and projected from a side surface of the shaft part 13a. The engagement projected part 13c is extracted from the long groove 12a by turning the stop member 13 to remove the panel 1. Consequently, the engagement projected part 13c makes contact with a peripheral part 1h to surround the through slotted hole 1g of the panel 1, and the panel 1 is drawn out forward.
