Abstract:
To provide a panel light emitting device drawing light irradiated from a spot light source entirely into a resin substrate, thereby reducing the number of parts and lowering the cost.
A substrate unit 2 is inserted into an acrylic light guide plate 1 in injection molding of the light guide plate 1. The substrate unit 2 comprises a substrate having an upper surface formed with a circuit and LEDs 2b connected with the upper surface of the substrate 2a. The substrate unit 2 is insertingly formed in such a manner that its lower surface is exposed. The substrate unit 2 is formed integrally with the light guide plate 1 except for the exposed portion.
