To provide a panel member for outside insulation, which ensures fixing of an external finish material to the outside of a heat insulating material.

The panel member for outside insulation is formed of a panel- shaped heat insulating material 1 and brackets 3 arranged in openings 2 which are interspersed in the heat insulating material 1. A wooden bearing wall plate 4 is rigidly connected to a rear surface of the panel-shaped heat insulating material 1. The openings 2 are formed at horizontal intervals corresponding to the interval between a column 5 and a stud 6 of a building, and at longitudinal intervals which are suitable from a viewpoint of installation strength. Each opening 2 has a bracket 3 rigidly fixed therein. The bracket 3 is formed of a cylindrical bracket main body 3a, an end blocking plate 3b on a rear surface of the main body, a connecting hole 3c formed in the central portion of the end blocking plate 3b, a cylindrical unevenness adjusting member 3 detachably screwed into a female screw in the internal periphery of the bracket main body 3a, and a fixing member 3e arranged in the unevenness adjusting member 3d.
