Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide panels which can be joined to each other without requiring any special joining means other than the panels, and a method for joining the panels.
SOLUTION: A plurality of panels 1 that can be joined to each other. A joining part 10 for joining a plate-shaped body 2 to the other body 2 is provided at the end part of the body 2. The joining part 10 is provided with a projecting part 14 and an end-face side recessed part 13 which are formed on the end face of the body 2 and can be fitted each other, and a surface-side recessed part 11 and a rear-surface-side recessed part 16 which are formed near the end face 9 of the front and rear of the body 2 and are in a shape where the projecting part 14 can be fitted. The end-face-side recessed part 13 and the projecting part 14 are formed at the second and third parts out of those where the end face 9 of the body 2 is quartered in a width direction, respectively. Also, the distance from the end face 9 to the surface-side recessed part 11 is 1/4 of 1/2 the width of the end face 9, while the distance from the end face 9 to the rear side recessed part 16 is 1/2 or 1/4 the width of the end face 9.
