The panel stacking device has a panel receiving part 2; a panel conveying part 3 for conveying the received panel 1; a pallet receiving part 6, a pallet conveying part 7 for conveying the received pallet 5; a panel mounting part 8 for mounting the predetermined number of panels on the pallet 5; and a pallet conveying part 10 for conveying out the pallet 5 mounted with the panel 1. The pallet conveying part 10 is arranged above the pallet receiving part 6, and the pallet receiving part 6 and the pallet conveying out part 10 are opposed in the same direction.
