To dispense with nailing and interior finishing so as to facilitate construction and repair work by attaching a waterproofed decorative plate and a backing plate to be an interior wall, to one face of a frame, and holding a decorative plate to be an interior wall removable to the other face.
A receiving fastener 20 and a connecting link 21 are fitted into corresponding positions to a reinforcing sash bar 11 and a decorative plate 13 by machine screws 22, and the receiving fastener 20 and connecting link 21 are fitted by sliding. Both faces of a frame 10 are covered with a decorative plate 12 fixed to one face, and the decorative plate 13 detachable from the other dace. Accordingly, even in case of a panel P has height close to the ceiling, the damage of the ceiling can be prevented by the decorative plate 13. The frame 10 is provided with through holes and previously fitted to a ceiling slab and a concrete floor by bolts or the like before fitting the decorative plate 13 so as to be fixed firmly as a building partition. The panel P is therefore used particularly as a partition panel P for constructing a kitchen room, and the inside of the panel P is wired after completing formation of the whole room so as to be able to improve the processing process of work.
