To realize smooth pull-out and rotation of a panel.

A rotating arm 3 for mounting a panel to the end part of a slider 2 supported with a slider rail attached to the internal surface of side wall of a cabinet is coupled with a shaft 11, and the slider 2 and arm 3 are coupled with the arms 5, 6 of a click positioning mechanism 4. The arm 52 has an extending part extended far from a coupling shaft 12 and this extending part and arm 7 are coupled with a shaft 14 and the other end of arm 7 is coupled with a slider bracket 8 fixed to the cabinet with the shaft 15. When the panel is opened and the arm is rotated clockwise for about 90 degrees, the panel is closed. In this case, the arm 52 rotates clockwise and the shaft 14 moves diagonally to the forward direction (right side) to make narrower the interval between the shaft 15 and coupling shaft 12. As a result, the slider 2 moves backward (left side) as much as such interval and the panel draws back. When the panel is opened from the closed condition, the slider 2 moves forward pulling out the panel.
