To easily attach a handrail which becomes assistance to elder people or physically handicapped people and so forth in a kitchen, on the top plate of a washbasin counter and a side panel, and in addition, provide a material of which the design property is high.
On a panel wherein a decoration is applied on the front surface, or the front and rear surfaces, a slotting process is applied. Then, the wall surface section of the slot process is coated with a synthetic resin for this panel with the handrail. In this case, the grooving process of a slot shape is applied from the rear surface of the panel wherein the decoration is applied on the front surface or the front and rear surfaces in a manner to leave the decorative layer. Then, the synthetic resin is injected and solidified. Then, a notching process is applied to the synthetic resin layer in such a manner that the wall surface section of the groove may be coated, an thus, a handrail is formed. Small-lot production is possible. Since the resin and a core material are firmly fixed, the strength is increased, and it is safe as the handrail. In addition, the curved surface forming process is easy, and the design property is excellent as well.
