To provide a pants type wear which has improved adherence of a crotch part for a wearer.
The pants type wear 1 is provided with a waist part 2 placed around the waist of the wearer and a crotch part 3 which extends to a belly side from a back side via an inseam and is connected to the waist part 2. A pair of openings 7 around legs are formed by a lower edge 5 on both sides 4 of the waist part 2 and both side edges 6 of the crotch part 3 when the waist part 2 and the crotch part 3 are connected. The pants type wear 1 is provided with: a connection part 8 for connecting the waist part 2 and the crotch part 3 removably; a pair of first elastic areas 11 around legs for extending along the lower edge 5 on both sides 4 of the waist part 2 which form the openings 7 around the leg; and a pair of second elastic areas 12 around legs for extending along the both side edges 6 of the crotchet part 3 forming the openings 7 around legs. In the connection part 8, the first elastic areas 11 around legs and the second elastic areas 12 around legs are overlapped and joined.
