This panty hose is composed of leg parts, a panty part and a waist part integrally knitted with a stretchable yarn. The panty part is composed of a pair of right and left round parts corresponding to the round forms of the right and left buttocks, a diamond-shaped part extending from the waist band of the belly part of the panty part to the godet part, an upper leg strip part starting from the upper end of the leg of the diamond-shaped part and extending between a hip-shaping line and a leg part positioned above a hip line at the rear part of the panty part, and a hip periphery part excluding the round-shaped parts between the hip-shaping line and the waist band. The tightening force is gradually decreased from the diamond-shaped part through the upper leg strip part and the hip peripheral part to the round-shaped parts by varying the knit texture of each part.
