To provide a paper binding file which is simply manufactured and improves a presentable appearance and saves a manufacturing cost.
This paper binding file has a cover member l with a face cover l0 and a back cover 20 formed on both side edges of a spine cover 30 respectively, and a binder 40 arranged along the inner face of the spine cover 3. The file is intended for binding papers 60 between the face and back covers l0 and 20 by opening a binding ring 45 of the binder 40 and inserting the ring 45 into holes 65 for binding the papers 60 from the open part. The inner faces of both covers l0 and 20 of the cover member l have cover reverse members ll and 2l respectively. The edge parts, on the spine cover side, of the cover reverse members ll and 2l extend upto a binder 40 position as support regions l2 and 22. Support holes l5 and 25 are formed in the support regions l2 and 22. Thus, the binder 40 is retained by the cover member l by inserting and supporting the ring 45 through the support holes l5, 25.
