To eliminate a disadvantage that there is not provided a paper binding tool for easily and rigidly binding newspapers, magazines and cardboards or the like by paper stripes or which can be re-cycled while it is kept bundled; a problem that it takes much time for binding them; and a problem that the paper tool cannot be used when either a resin binding tool or metallic binding tool and all the binding tools must be removed for recycling the bundled newspapers, magazines and cardboards or the like.
An easy and rigid binding method is enabled by applying a paper binding tool through setting a circular or polygonal-shaped punching-out die at a punching machine and through a punching-out processing with a thick cardboard having a plurality of raw papers overlapped and adhered to each other being applied as a raw material.
