PURPOSE: To obtain a paper for cold permanent without trouble to tidy up the paper after using by blending a shape memory resin for the paper used at the time of executing a permanent to hair, and applying the shape memory resin to four sides.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of manufacturing the paper for cold permanent, the paper is made by mixing a small amount of the shape memory resin in a whole, and a solution of the shape memory resin is thinly applied to the edge parts of four sides of the paper 1. At the time of hair-dressing of cold permanent, a chemical is put to hair 3, the hair is wound by the paper of the shape memory resin cold permanent from the above, and when the winding is executed along a lot 4, the winding can be very exactly executed because of the shape. After the permanent is completed, the lot 4 is removed, the paper is removed, and washed, thereafter, it is dewatered, and blown by a strong hot wind, then, the paper is made to beautifully spread at the same time as the drying by the function of the shape memory resin.
