To provide a tube-type paper container for liquid which can be produced at low cost without using an in-mold injection molding that uses an expensive die, while increasing the use rate of paper.
The tube-type paper container mainly includes paper, and is formed by molding a laminate having a barrier layer and thermoplastic resin layers at least on outermost and innermost layers. A body part is formed by folding inside and heat-sealing both side ends of one piece of blanks formed by cutting the laminate into the rectangular form such that an end surface of the paper is not in contact with contents. One end of the body part is flattened and heat-sealed to form a bottom seal part, the other end of the body part is folded into a collar formed by molding an outer periphery of a doughnut-shaped top surface part into the dish form and is heat-sealed such that the end surface of the paper is not in contact with the contents to form a shoulder seal part, and a flange part of a mouth plug is heat-sealed to an opening in the top surface part to form a mouth plug seal part.
