PURPOSE: To provide a heat resistant paper container with prescribed strength and rigidity, which does not allow content to permeate and can be processed by heat with the content contained in it.

CONSTITUTION: The title paper container is formed of an inside paper container 11 in which a heat resistant synthetic resin film is laminated on the inner surface and which is shaped in a prescribed figure by squeezing, and an outside paper container 12 having at least a body part to which an external periphery 19 of the inside paper container 11 is jointed. The paper container thus formed can be heated in an oven with its content put in it.
