Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper cup having a lid which can be excellently adhered through the heat pressing, and easily peelable by setting the taper of an opening part of the paper cup to be larger than the taper of a folded portion in way of a portion above an intermediate portion of an adhered area to the folded portion of the lid, and adhering a portion below the intermediate portion.
SOLUTION: A folded portion 6 of a lid 1 is brought into contact with an inner surface of an opening part of a paper cup 2, and heated and pressed by a seal head 4 to form an adhered portion 5, and the taper a of the opening part of the closed paper cup 2 having the lid is set to be larger than the taper b of the folded portion 6 for a portion above an intermediate portion in contact with the folded portion 6 of the lid 1. When the paper cup 2 is adhered to the folded portion 6 of the lid 1 by the seal head 4, the folded portion 6 of the lid 1, the lid 1 and the inner surface of the paper cup 2 are only adhered to each other below the folded portion 6, but not adhered thereabove, and the adhered portion 5 to the paper cup 2 becomes small, and the peelability of the lid 1 to the paper cup 2 becomes excellent.
