Abstract:

To cut unnecessary paper into long strips, by clamping a sheet of unnecessary paper folded several times into a long shape between a hard hand- holdable matter with edges over a specific number and another hard matter to receive the paper, and drawing the paper.

A pushing board 1 made of a material such as resin or a metal in a size like a stapler and a receiving board 2 to receive the pushing board 1. One ends of them are rotatably and pivotally attached by a hinge 3. Three or more edges 4 extended in the width direction of the pushing board 1 are arranged in parallel at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the pushing board 1 integrally on a face opposite to the receiver on the pushing board 1. Or, the edges 4 are formed integrally on a detachable inner board 6 attached on a dent on the pushing board 1. When this tool is to be used, a sheet of paper is folded twice in a long shape, and is clamped between the pushing board 1 and the receiving board 2 like a stapler and, then, is drawn in the lateral direction so as to cut the paper by a plurality of edges into long strips.
