PURPOSE: To inexpensively manufacture a paper cylindrical container and to easily scrap it by constituting the paper cylindrical container used by loading on an aromatic container made of plastics, etc., and which houses a cylindrical refill aromatic by sealing both upper and lower openings of a cylindrical paper cylinder with upper and lower face plates.

CONSTITUTION: The paper cylindrical container which houses the cylindrical refill aromatic 10 is used by loading on an aromatic housing container 20 made of a plastic, etc. In such a case, the aromatic housing container 20 is constituted of a bowl shape lower container 21 equipped with a cylindrical center core body 211 which holds the refill aromatic 10 in the center, and a hat shape upper container 22 equipped with a cylindrical sliding bar 221 sliding in the up-and-down direction fitting in the internal plane of the center core body 211. In such a case, the paper cylindrical container is constituted of the cylindrical paper cylinder 30, a disk shape lower face plate 40 which seals the lower opening and the upper opening, respectively and an upper face plate 50. In this way, the paper cylindrical container can be inexpensively manufactured, and also, scrapping can be easily performed.
