Abstract:
To provide a paper discharge device which can prevent drooping of print paper in a delivery area.SOLUTION: A paper discharge device includes: paper discharging means 75 which discharges print paper S with printing performed thereon in a stacking manner; a body 72 for delivering the print paper S to the paper discharging means 75; a support part 76 which supports a surface, which contacts with a surface of the body 72, of a double surface of the print paper S delivered to the paper discharge means 75; and air supply means which supplies air to a delivery area R of the print paper S between the support part 76 and the body 72 from below. The air supply means supplies air, whose speed distribution is uniform at an entire area as seen in a width direction of the delivery area R, to the delivery area R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
