To well discharge and load paper irrespective of the quality of paper and the presence or absence of staples.

This paper discharge mechanism side guide members 100 each having an inclination part 122 for curve formation which guides the paper to be carried and discharged by the both side portions crossing perpendicular to the carrying direction and so curves the paper immediately before a discharge port that the both side portions are higher than the center portion, guides the paper by abutting on the lower surface thereof, and is so formed that the guide contact surface is higher toward the discharge port. A center pressing member 200 is installed so that the paper is not raised during the curing. The paper discharge mechanism further comprises a paper guide member 600 including a contact guide bar 610 held on the discharge port outer surface brought into contact with the end upper surface of the discharged paper and rotated only upward in the area from the discharge port outer surface to the upper portion of a paper discharge container 700.
